The aim of this activity is to spread and appreciate the agro-pastoral reality which is an integral part of our society and to which our uses, customs and our diet are linked.
Often these aspects, in ordinary school education, are neglected or analyzed in a superficial way. In our opinion, in addition to being “studied” on books, they should be lived in an immersive way to pass on their contents.
We propose two possible paths to the children:
- from milk to ricotta cheese (seasonal);
- the processing of fresh pasta and biscuits.
For educational activities we have a heated 60 square meter room, perfect in case of bad weather, a 150 square meter covered veranda for outdoor activities and a garden for playful activities.
We advise visitors not to bring food and drinks (guests must appreciate what the company offers) and we invite them to communicate any food intolerances in advance.
